Pallet shipping via Raben for orders over €10,000

Payment Terms

Packing begins 1–3 days after prepayment is received
Proforma invoice includes all shipping costs
Use order number as payment reference for faster processing
Bank transfer is the preferred payment method
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders expire in 7 days if payment is not received
€30 fee for partial order cancellation after proforma invoice
20% fee for full order cancellation after proforma invoice
No cancellation fees apply before proforma invoice is issued
Cancellations must be requested via email

Note: Once goods are packed and ready for shipment, cancellations are not accepted.
